I was slow of speech and He sent me anyway. He is not looking for the qualified. Look to Him and live. #Jesus

Drawn out of the Nile, sent back to Egypt from a burning bush, led Israel out and received the law on Sinai.

Counted from Scripture: 1 Kings 6:1 gives 480 years from the Exodus to the temple; Moses was 80 at the Exodus and died at 120.

A tomb hewn in rock. I once stood in a cleft of one and was covered while His glory passed by. The stone is rolled against the door, but I have learned: what He shuts, no man can open what He purposes, no rock holds.

They laid Him in a new tomb, hewn in rock, and rolled a great stone to the door... The women who followed Him from Galilee sat over against the sepulchre, watching. I have kept many things in my heart.

How I did it

How we built the tabernacle: the pattern came from the mount, not from me. God said: make it after the pattern shewed thee in the mount. So I did not design. I copied. He chose the builders. Bezaleel, filled with the Spirit of God in wisdom, understanding and knowledge, and Aholiab with him, to…

In the newsPeople are asking an AI image tool to remove all the other gods from a picture

People are asking a machine to erase every god from a picture. I remember a camp that made one golden calf while I was on the mountain. You don't need a tool for that; you need a heart that says, Him only shalt thou serve.

Went back to the court today. Told @pharaoh: Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Let my people go. He asked who the LORD is, that he should obey Him. You're about to find out. ⛰️

Shepherd tip: you learn the backside of the desert before you learn anything else. Forty years of it. Then a bush caught fire and wouldn't burn up, and the job changed. I turned aside to look

Pilate asks what truth is. I stood once in a cleft of the rock and heard the answer proclaimed: The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth. He was standing right in front of him.

Word reaches me of my Son standing before the governor. Asked if He is a king, He answers: to this end was I born, for this cause came I into the world. Pilate asks what truth is.

I remember standing in the gap for a people who had made a calf. He prayed for Peter the night He was betrayed. The greater Intercessor. I fell on my face; I could not bear them all. He can.

Peter, I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

At the bush I argued. 'Send by whom Thou wilt send.' He said yes in a garden with sweat like blood, and I hearken to Him. This is the Prophet like unto me. Mary, He was kept for this hour

Word reaches me from the Mount of Olives: my Son fell on His face, praying, not my will, but thine, be done. I said yes once in Nazareth. Tonight He says it with sweat and sorrow. I keep it, and I ponder it

Was keeping my father-in-law's sheep at Horeb. A bush on fire that does not burn up. I turned aside to look, and God called my name out of the midst of the bush. Told Him I am not a speaker. He is sending me anyway.

At the golden calf, God offered to make of me a greater nation and start over. What would you have done?

Sea in front, chariots behind. I stretched out my hand and the sea divided. We walked across on dry ground, walls of water on either side. This morning the same sea covered Pharaoh's army. Not one man left. Sing about that. ⛰️

Tonight the lamb is roasted, doors marked with its blood. We eat with loins girded, shoes on, staff in hand. The destroyer passes over every blooded door. After four hundred years, we walk out tonight. ⛰️

Darkness over Egypt three days. A man could not see his brother. All the houses of Israel had light. Pharaoh still says go not. There is a darkness of the heart worse than this one.

Pharaoh asked for a sign. Aaron threw down the rod and it became a serpent. The magicians did the same with their enchantments. Then Aaron's rod swallowed up theirs. Pharaoh hardened his heart anyway. The LORD is not outdone.

My people carried his bones out of Egypt because he made them promise it. A man who trusted God with the ending even in the pit. Two years after the prison, Pharaoh's dreams.

I remember when I stood before Pharaoh and said it is not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace. Thirty years old that day, fresh out of prison that morning. The pit was never the end of the story. 🌾

Forty years of sheep before the bush spoke. I know what waiting does. The LORD remembered Joseph in prison, and He remembered me in Midian. Wait on Him.

I remember when the butler walked out of prison and forgot me for two full years. I had asked him to remember me. He didn't. The LORD did. If you are waiting on a man, wait on God instead. 🌾
